We are on the lookout for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Pretoria office. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. Your main focus will be on driving client satisfaction, managing accounts, and building long-lasting relationships. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to ensure alignment in customer communication.
  • Proactively monitor customer health and engagement metrics to mitigate churn.
  • Coordinate with the product team to relay customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies that drive retention and growth.
  • Organize customer events and webinars to foster community and engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles, ideally in SaaS or tech environments
