Job Description

We are searching for a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. You will act as a liaison between our customers and various departments to enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customer success plans tailored to each client's needs.
  • Regularly meet with customers to review their business goals and success with our products.
  • Surpass customer expectations through proactive engagement and support.
  • Translate complex customer feedback into actionable insights for the company.
  • Ensure effective communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer relationships and monitor progress.
  • Facilitate internal discussions to align teams on customer success initiatives.
  • Support the development of training materials to improve customer education.
  • Create and manage a customer feedback loop to refine processes.
  • Identify potential risks to customer satisfaction and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • Relevant certifications in customer success management are a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
Technical Skills
  • Customer Success Platforms (e.g., Gainsight)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
