Job Description

We are eager to bring on a Quality Assurance Tester who is meticulous and passionate about ensuring the highest quality of our software products. You will be an integral part of the development team, conducting thorough testing to identify bugs, improve usability, and enhance overall product quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct performance testing to evaluate application speed and responsiveness.
• Provide detailed reports on testing results, including recommendations for improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards.
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in QA roles, with a focus on both manual and automated testing

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• JUnit

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)
• Scrum Master Certification is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of SQL: Ability to write SQL queries for database testing.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiar with CI/CD tools like Jenkins for automated deployment.
