As a Livestock Caretaker, you will be vital in providing daily care and management of livestock, ensuring their health, wellbeing, and productivity. Key responsibilities include feeding, monitoring health, and maintaining clean living conditions. Responsibilities

• Regularly provide food and water to animals.
• Ensure all pens are clean and tidy.
• Check livestock for signs of distress or illness and consult with a veterinarian.
• Help manage breeding programs.
• Administer prescribed treatments to livestock.
• Keep thorough documentation of care and health status.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Relevant agricultural qualifications or certifications preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in livestock management or related field
