Responsibilities

  • Serve as a customer advocate, ensuring their voice is heard internally.
  • Track and report on customer engagement and success metrics.
  • Develop customer success strategies to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn.
  • Coordinate customer feedback loops to improve products and services.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on customer health and success.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints and enhance overall client experience.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in customer success or a customer-facing role
