Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of properties and clients.
• Conduct property viewings and open houses.

• Assist clients in understanding financing options.
• Work closely with mortgage brokers and real estate attorneys.
• Update and maintain sales records and reporting.
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding property availability.
• Foster a network of referrals and leads through community engagement.
• Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales goals and targets.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in real estate sales or property management

Technical Skills

• Sales Proficiency

Certifications

• Real Estate License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
