Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Welt Butter for our organization. This role involves operating and maintaining butter manufacturing machinery to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities

• Set up and calibrate production equipment for butter manufacturing.
• Monitor and control the production process to meet quality standards.
• Document production activities and report discrepancies.
• Work with quality control personnel to perform regular checks on product quality.
• Assist in maintaining inventory for raw materials and supplies.
• Help implement production improvement initiatives.
• Train and assist team members in optimal machine operation.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the production area.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certification in food production or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of butter manufacturing processes
• Ability to operate and maintain production machinery
• Computer skills

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Ability to follow instructions accurately

Advantageous

• Experience with HACCP protocols: Knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point principles.
