Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients in various locations. Your duties will involve troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our products in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional on-site technical support for installations, repairs, and product maintenance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring swift resolutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to enhance service delivery.
  • Document all interactions and service steps taken for future reference.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance service offerings.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Occasionally travel to customer sites outside of Johannesburg as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or related roles
