Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager in Durban, you will lead our efforts to ensure that customers derive maximum value from our products and services. You will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, fostering relationships, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers and provide expert guidance.
  • Lead customer success initiatives aimed at enhancing product adoption.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess product usage.
  • Coordinate with technical support to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
  • Develop training materials and resources to support customer onboarding efforts.
  • Create customer journey maps to better understand and improve the client experience.
  • Support marketing to develop customer stories and case studies for brand enhancement.
  • Encourage customer feedback to improve service levels and product features.
  • Assist in the development of processes that enhance customer experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators for customer success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certification in Customer Success Management is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of customer success or related experience preferred
