Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Care Representative to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction. Your role will involve managing complaints, processing orders, and delivering product information with a friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and offer personalized support.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the cause and providing solutions.
  • Assist with product ordering and ensure timely delivery.
  • Keep track of customer interactions for service improvement.
  • Support the team in achieving departmental targets.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 1-2 years in customer service roles, preferably in a call center environment
