Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Durban team. In this role, you'll provide exemplary technical assistance and support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving IT issues while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while diagnosing technical problems.
  • Document troubleshooting processes and resolutions for training materials.
  • Work on various IT projects as assigned by the Technical Support Manager.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of common issues and solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer support role
