Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to elevate the customer experience and drive satisfaction in our Port Elizabeth office. You'll play a crucial role in fostering relationships with key accounts while ensuring our clients are satisfied with our solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding and provide ongoing education regarding product features.
  • Utilize customer success tools to monitor client health scores and engagement levels.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Organize client events and webinars to strengthen community and support.
  • Facilitate meetings with clients to review account performance and milestones.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential issues before they escalate.
  • Develop best practices and improve processes for managing customer success initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or similar roles
