This position is ideal for candidates with a passion for data analysis and a keen understanding of e-commerce metrics. You will work closely with the product and marketing teams to interpret data, track performance, and enhance the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive reports that align with business strategy.
• Analyze customer feedback and product reviews for actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of product roadmaps based on data analysis.
• Monitor and optimize product lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with UX designers to improve product usability.
• Conduct A/B testing for new product features.
• Support the training of team members on data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Marketing, or similar field
• Certification in Google Analytics or similar is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a product analytics role

Technical Skills

• Tableau
• R or Python

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Certified Data Analyst
• Google Analytics Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CRM tools: Familiarity with customer relationship management systems to analyze customer interactions.
