Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying learning needs and creating tailored training programs. This role involves collaborating with managers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis to determine skill gaps.
• Design engaging and effective training programs tailored to organizational needs.
• Deliver training sessions in an interactive and hands-on manner.
• Evaluate program success and make adjustments as needed.
• Develop training budgets and manage training resources efficiently.
• Promote a learning culture throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with external training providers to enhance service delivery.
• Prepare training reports and presentations for management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources or a related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in adult learning principles is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years in a training and development role
