Job Description

As a Stock Replenisher, you will play a critical role in maintaining stock levels and ensuring our customers have access to quality products. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, coordinating stock deliveries, and working closely with store staff.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely replenishment of stock in-store.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report trends and patterns.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for timely delivery of products.
  • Work closely with store managers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Assist with training sales associates on product handling and stock management.
  • Participate in stock audits and assist with the inventory process.
  • Identify and report any stock discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
  • Contribute to team efforts to maintain excellent customer service standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • Prior experience in stock management or retail setting is advantageous.
Technical Skills
  • Experience with stock management systems
  • Basic computer skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability
Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Familiarity with stocktaking procedures: Experience in performing inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment: Experience with forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus.
