Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in implementing HR strategies that promote a positive work environment and enhance employee engagement. You will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment and selection.
  • Implement HR policies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategies.
  • Coordinate and conduct training needs analysis.
  • Monitor compliance with labor legislation and company policies.
  • Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications.
  • Organize and lead employee engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in managing employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Provide guidance and support during change management.
  • Foster a positive organizational culture through employee recognition programs.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management is preferred

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar HR role
