Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Plastics Patternmaker who will use their expertise to create and maintain patterns and molds, ensuring that production aligns with design specifications and quality benchmarks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine mold designs using CAD software.
• Supervise junior staff in patternmaking techniques and standards.
• Review and update quality control processes for greater efficiency.
• Enhance existing patterns to improve production workflows and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in patternmaking or mold-making preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the patternmaking and mold-making sector.
