Job Description

Responsibilities

• Instruct students on various aircraft models and navigational systems.
• Conduct proficiency checks and evaluations on student pilots.

• Monitor and assess student learning and development.
• Collaborate with other instructors to enhance training procedures.
• Ensure all training materials are up-to-date and comply with aviation standards.
• Engage in community outreach to promote aviation training programs.
• Assist in recruitment efforts for prospective students.
• Take on any additional responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

• Class 1 or Class 2 Medical Certificate
• Bachelor's degree in Aviation or related field is preferred

Experience

• Demonstrated experience in flight training and education is a plus
