Responsibilities

• Create and manage online promotional campaigns to boost sales.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure website performance and customer behaviour.
• Lead initiatives to enhance customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Train and develop team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and provide actionable insights.
• Work with customer service to resolve issues and improve satisfaction ratings.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Master's degree would be advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing

Technical Skills

• Google Analytics
• SEO
• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Paid Ads (Google Ads/Facebook Ads): Experience in creating and managing effective paid advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of UX/UI Design Principles: Understanding user experience and user interface best practices.
