The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, project management, and experience with CAD software. Responsibilities include developing mechanical systems, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from conception to completion.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Analyze and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Guide junior engineers and interns in mechanical design practices.
• Negotiate with clients and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Conduct performance analysis and optimization of mechanical systems.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and product development

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks

Languages

• English: Fluent
