• Establish and nurture relationships with clients to ascertain their hiring needs.
• Leverage social media and professional networks for candidate sourcing.
• Support candidates through the job application process and provide necessary feedback.
• Collaborate with HR to enhance recruitment practices and strategies.
• Prepare detailed reports on recruitment activities and metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources or Recruitment

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or HR role

Technical Skills

• Familiar with job boards and recruitment platforms
• Knowledge of HR software

Soft Skills

• Excellent organizational skills
• Negotiation skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with social media recruiting: Ability to leverage social media for finding candidates.
• Understanding of employment legislation: Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
