Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our products. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide guidance, and troubleshoot any challenges they may face.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure clients are fully leveraging our product capabilities to achieve their goals.
  • Support clients with technical queries, collaborating with internal teams as necessary.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and growth potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create customer success stories and testimonials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles for client self-service.
  • Engage with clients on social media and forums to promote community interaction.
  • Suggest product enhancements to increase customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in customer success or account management
