Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships, addressing client needs, and ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions. This role combines customer interaction and strategic planning to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • Additional certifications in customer success are a plus

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success management
