We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a top-notch customer experience.

Requirements

Education
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Further studies in Customer Service or related field is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support

  • Knowledge of Customer Support Platforms

Languages
  • English: Fluent
