Job Description

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing outstanding customer service. We're looking for enthusiastic individuals who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service on every call.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to assist customers.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification
  • Diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service environment

Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
