Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Durban. This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed product information.

Responsibilities

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Certification in Customer Service is a plus
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in support
Technical Skills
  • Helpdesk software knowledge

Languages
