Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will be the voice of our company, assisting customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat. This role requires excellent communication skills along with a passion for helping people. You will resolve inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • Promptly resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Document all interactions in the customer management system.
  • Educate customers about product features and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance customer experiences.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Relevant customer service certification is a plus.
Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Microsoft Office Suite

Languages
