Job Description

Join our team as a Human Resources Generalist in Pretoria, where you will play a crucial role in managing HR policies and practices. You will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, and compliance management, ensuring that our workforce is engaged and effective.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Coordinate training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Draft and implement HR policies enhancing workplace culture.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable HR legislation and policies.
  • Analyze employee feedback and recommend improvements.
  • Develop performance appraisal systems and support managers.
  • Review payroll and benefits offerings for effectiveness.
  • Keep HR records organized and up-to-date.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Master's degree is highly desirable
Experience
  • 3-5 years of relevant HR experience
Technical Skills
  • Expertise in HR software tools
  • Understanding of compliance regulations
Soft Skills
  • Effective communication

Certifications
  • Certified HR Professional (CHRP)
  • CIPD Qualification in Human Resource Management
