Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Administrator to manage and oversee administrative tasks in our Johannesburg facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, coordinating staff activities, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations while enhancing patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of healthcare services including record management.
  • Liaise with medical professionals for optimal workflow.
  • Develop and implement strategies for patient satisfaction.
  • Supervise the performance of administrative staff.
  • Assist with regulatory audits and assessments.
  • Manage communication between departments and with patients.
  • Facilitate staff meetings and training programs.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and insurance claims processing.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives within the facility.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Healthcare Administration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
