Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a vital role in nurturing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, resolve issues, and drive product adoption while promoting a culture of customer-centric service.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers.
  • Proactively address issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews with clients to assess performance.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process for new clients.
  • Work closely with product teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Monitor customer health scores and take proactive measures.
  • Create and maintain documentation and resources for customers.
  • Contribute to the development of customer success best practices.
