Construction Manager

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Construction Manager who can manage teams effectively and communicate with clients and stakeholders. Your role will involve the supervision of construction sites and collaborating with various teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings with stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Evaluate construction methods for efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate records of project documents including contracts and change orders.
• Oversee procurement of materials and supplies necessary for the project.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Master's degree is a bonus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or similar role
