The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project completion. • Direct and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Schedule and manage equipment and personnel for construction activities.
• Monitor compliance with contract specifications and performance standards.
• Facilitate effective communication across all project levels.
• Review and approve all construction designs and timelines.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues.
• Provide guidance and support to junior staff.
• Conduct project closeout and ensure all documentation is completed.
• Manage budgets and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage in ongoing training and development of site personnel.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience in the construction industry
