Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Healthcare Administrator to oversee administrative functions and improve operational efficiencies in our Port Elizabeth facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative staff in effective service delivery.
  • Establish serve quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain communication with insurance providers regarding claims and reimbursements.
  • Manage patient billing and coding practices.
  • Collaborate with IT to optimize health information systems.
  • Support cross-functional teams in project implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations across the facility.
  • Organize community health programs and outreach initiatives.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical and office supplies.
  • Provide training to staff on data management systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management
  • MBA focusing on Healthcare is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
