Job Description

As a Grinding, Lapping, Polishing, and Buffing Machine Tool Setter, you will be responsible for ensuring that metal components achieve a high-quality satin finish. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating and maintaining various metal finishing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sand, buff, and polish metal parts to achieve desired surface quality.
• Conduct quality checks on finished items and report any irregularities.
• Keep polishing equipment clean and properly calibrated.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to address finishing issues.
• Help train new staff on machinery operation and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• On-the-job training provided.

Experience

• Preference for candidates with stainless steel experience.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of finishing techniques
