Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial assessments and diagnose mental health conditions.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies to foster client recovery.
  • Document progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
  • Educate clients about cognitive behavioral techniques to empower self-help.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for clients and families.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss client care and improvements.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work
  • Registered with the relevant healthcare council
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in CBT
