Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our growing team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing test plans to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will work closely with developers and product managers to identify issues and improve product usability. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing efforts across various platforms and devices.
• Monitor and track testing progress and results in a timely manner.
• Perform stress and performance testing to assess software reliability.
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to enhance overall product experience.
• Assist in training junior QA staff on testing methodologies and tools.
• Create and maintain testing metrics to analyze and report to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA testing

Technical Skills

• Test Automation Frameworks
• Performance Testing Tools

Soft Skills

• Analytical Thinking
• Time Management

Certifications

• Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Understanding of DevOps principles: Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Experience with performance testing tools: Proficient in assessing performance and load of applications.
