Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Account Manager to join our dynamic team in Durban. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing client relationships and driving satisfaction across our diverse portfolio of accounts. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, developing strategic plans to meet those needs, and ensuring high levels of service delivery. You'll act as a bridge between our clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to enhance our offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Effectively manage multiple accounts and ensure timely responses to client inquiries.
  • Prepare account plans based on client objectives and expectations.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure cohesiveness in service delivery.
  • Drive account retention initiatives by addressing client challenges and improving satisfaction.
  • Provide training and support to clients on new services and products.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market positioning and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Participate in client meetings and events to promote brand loyalty.
  • Collect and analyze client feedback to drive service improvement.
  • Lead project management for client campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required; MBA is a plus.
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or client services
