Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team in Cape Town. This role will involve managing various HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations and compliance. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting our team members.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct job interviews and participate in the selection process.
  • Design and facilitate employee training sessions.
  • Address employee relations issues and resolve conflicts.
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Help assess training needs and developing relevant training programs.
  • Provide support for payroll administration and benefits management.
  • Collaborate with management on HR strategy and initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Postgraduate qualification is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of generalist HR experience
