• Oversee freight booking and scheduling for various transport modes.
• Maintain relationships with carriers to negotiate contracts and rates.
• Monitor cargo to ensure timely delivery and resolve delays.
• Evaluate delivery performance metrics and recommend improvements.
• Prepare and manage budgets related to freight operations.
• Conduct audits and inspections related to freight logistics and operations.
• Drive initiatives to enhance environmental sustainability in logistics.
• Provide training and guidance to junior logistics staff.
• Coordinate with customs for import/export compliance.
• Implement technology solutions for better tracking and reporting.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in freight logistics
