Job Description

Join our administrative team as a Data Entry Clerk in Port Elizabeth! You will be tasked with inputting and managing data across several platforms while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. This role requires a proactive attitude, excellent organisational skills, and the capability to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain data into multiple databases.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines while maintaining quality.
  • Provide administrative support and assist with clerical duties.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding data discrepancies.
  • Monitor and assist in data cleanup initiatives.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the administrative department.
  • Document processes and update training materials as needed.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-3 years in similar role preferred
