Job Description

We seek a proactive HR Generalist to facilitate HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and training initiatives. By leveraging your skills, you will contribute to a vibrant company culture that values inclusivity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment process and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Monitor employee engagement levels and suggest improvements.
  • Administer and enhance employee rewards and recognition programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide training on HR-related topics and employee development.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in HRM is desirable
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations
