• Manage the production workforce and delegate tasks to ensure optimal output.
• Develop and execute operational plans in alignment with company goals.

• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Lean Manufacturing Expertise in Lean principles to enhance efficiency.
• Quality Management Systems Proficient in implementing quality management practices.
• Production Planning Skilled in developing effective production schedules.
• Health and Safety Regulations Thorough knowledge of safety guidelines in manufacturing.
• Leadership Strong leader able to motivate teams.
• Analytical Thinking Able to analyse data to inform decision-making.
• Communication Effective communicator with team members and stakeholders.
• Six Sigma Certification
• OSHA Safety Certification
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with CAD Software: Proficiency in CAD tools for production design and planning.
