Job Description

As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the human resource strategy of our Durban office. You will be responsible for implementing HR policies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment processes and ensure talent acquisition meets organizational needs.
  • Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Implement performance management systems and conduct regular reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
  • Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Monitor and manage compensation and benefits programs.
  • Advise management on HR-related issues and strategies.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare relevant reports for management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related fields
