Responsibilities

Oversee recruitment processes and ensure talent acquisition meets organizational needs.
Manage employee relations and promote a positive workplace culture.
Implement performance management systems and conduct regular reviews.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Facilitate training and development programs for staff.
Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.
Monitor and manage compensation and benefits programs.
Advise management on HR-related issues and strategies.
Maintain HR records and prepare relevant reports for management.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Postgraduate qualification is an advantage
