Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Mentor Recruiter to join our team. The Mentor Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding mentors for our mentoring program. They will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the program by recruiting high-quality mentors who can provide valuable guidance and support to our mentees.

Responsibilities

• Implementing effective mentor recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing potential mentors through outreach and networking.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidate suitability.
• Facilitating mentor training and onboarding programs.
• Tracking mentor performance and relationships with mentees.
• Managing and updating the mentors' database.
• Collaborating on marketing initiatives for recruitment.
• Providing ongoing support and resources for mentors.
• Ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
• Analyzing recruitment data to improve strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Human Resources or a related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in mentorship programs or recruitment

Technical Skills

• Recruitment Software Proficiency

Soft Skills

• Interpersonal Skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
