Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise our construction projects in Soweto. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards while fostering a productive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites and manage workers.
  • Inspect work sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships.
  • Develop risk management strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure the timely completion of projects, adjusting schedules and plans as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure budget control through effective resource management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

  • 5+ years in project management within the construction industry.
