Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead our construction projects in Durban. This role demands strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing construction teams and liaising with contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to provide solutions and support.
  • Document issues and resolutions in customer support systems.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer journey.
  • Help develop and refine customer service procedures.
  • Assist in maintaining product knowledge to effectively support clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on customer service trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric certificate
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer support position
