Responsibilities

  • Keep accurate logs of customer interactions and feedback.
  • Assist customers by providing comprehensive support on products.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric or equivalent qualification
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in customer support roles
