Job Description

We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to lead our customer support initiatives in Durban. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes while using our products and services. Your expertise will help drive customer satisfaction and retention, making sure that our customers see the value in what we offer. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer support, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear understanding of customer objectives and manage their expectations.
  • Build and foster relationships that add value and trust.
  • Promptly address customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Assist in the development of customer success strategies and workflows.
  • Create documentation and resources to support customers.
  • Ensure that customer needs are communicated effectively to the product team.

  • Support marketing efforts through customer success stories.
  • Enhance customer retention and loyalty through relationship management.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management or a related role
