Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize production processes related to mechanical designs.
• Conduct materials selection and utilize CAD software for designs.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering.
• Foster teamwork through effective communication.
• Ensure that the team adheres to project timelines and budgets.
• Find sustainable engineering solutions that benefit the environment.
• Initiate and manage project phases from conceptualization to execution.
• Prepare technical reports and presentation materials.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering design experience

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Communication

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with automation tools: Understanding of automation technologies and their application in mechanical systems.
