• Collaborate with designers and production teams to create event aesthetics.
• Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and venues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at events.
• Manage event logistics, including catering, accommodation, and transportation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and stakeholders.
• Utilize social media and digital platforms for event promotion.
• Prepare event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Provide post-event evaluations to clients and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends to innovate and improve event offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Event Management certification preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or a related field
